From Suvarnabhumi Airport

1. By Airport Link
   Available from 6.00 – 24.00. Exit Phaya Thai Station and continue by taking a taxi to Azure. (Approximately 100 Baht, depending on traffic).
2. By Taxi
   Available almost 24 hours at the taxi point outside the airport. From Suvarnabhumi Airport to Azure, a taxi should cost approximately 450-500 Baht. (Including highway tolls).
3. By Minivan
   Available from 7.00-20.00 which costs approximately 150 Baht from the airport to Kao San Road. Then continue by taxi or Tuk Tuk to Azure, costs around 60 Baht.

From Don Muang Airport

1. By Taxi (recommended)
   Available 24 hours at taxi point in the airport, follow the taxi sign that will lead you to the taxi point. Getting to Azure would cost approximately 350 Baht and takes around 45 minutes (Depending on traffic).
2. By Bus
   Take the special bus A1 that costs 30 Baht, normally bus number 29 could take you to BTS Station “Mo Chit”. Then continue to the bus number 44 and exit to “Democracy Monument”. From there, it would take around 10 minutes by walking to Azure.

Note: From both airports, there will be transportation services provided to tourists. The officers there are willing to help you and support the information that you may need. Please do not hesitate if you need any information from Tourist Information Center or contact directly to us info@azurehostel.com

You will not be charged 10-20% of the total price of your stay for extra commissions. Normally, these commission are added to the rates when we sell through third-parties. However, if you book through our website, email or telephone. You are guaranteed the best lowest rates, we look forward to your reservation.

We are glad to offer you an accommodation at Azure BKK Old Town and we hope you will enjoy your stay here. Living together in requires an atmosphere of trust and respect as well as certain House Rules which are binding for everyone. Within the framework of our House Rules keep in mind that the limit to your freedom is the individual freedom of the other guests.

Visitors

• As a consideration towards other guests staying at the hotel, visitors are strictly forbidden under any circumstances anywhere inside the hostel accommodation area.
• Visitor allowed to using lobby and bistro area.
• Not allowed for any party in hostel accommodation area.

Noise

• Please be considerate towards other visitors, especially when you are using electronic media. The quiet time for sleeping is from 11 PM. to 7 AM. Out of courtesy to fellow visitors, please be very quiet during this time.

Smoking / Alcohol / Drugs / Weapons

• Smoking is not permitted within the premises. Any guest found smoking within the building will be asked to leave the premises immediately and will not receive a refund. You are welcome to smoke in the smoking area we provided.
• Consuming excessive amounts of alcohol within the premises is strictly prohibited. The management reserves the right to confiscate alcohol found on the premises.
• It is prohibited to bring weapons of any kind into the hostel.
• Illicit drugs of any kind will not be allowed or tolerated in the hostel
• Violations of the above rules will result in immediate termination of residency and a call to the proper authorities.

Water and Electricity conservation

• Azure are committed to generate the smallest environmental footprint possible thus we ask our guest a reasonable use of these resources by:
• Shutting unnecessary lights and electronic device off.
• Limit showers to a maximum of 5 to 10 minutes.
• We provide two bottles of water per day for our guest (No extra charge)

Rooms

• Each guest is responsible for all the inventory entrusted to her/him. It is not allowed to exchange furniture between rooms or remove it from rooms. It is prohibited to damage walls or furniture with hooks, screws, nails, glue/adhesives and the like. The management reserves the right to occasionally inspect the rooms with regard to cleanliness and tidiness.
• To avoid misunderstandings guests are advised to lock the doors of their rooms at all times.
• All air condition, lights and electrical appliances must be switched off when not in use.
• Electricians, contractors or any other service person may enter rooms accompanied by hostel management as and when necessary, every effort will be made to respect the privacy of guests.

We provide all bed sheets and towels free of charge, which are changed after a minimum of 3 nights.

Shared Bathrooms

• Always keep clean.
• Do NOT throw toilet paper or female hygiene products in the toilet as it will clog.
• Do not keep your belongings in the bathroom/toilet.

Animals

• Animals are not allowed in all area.

Internet Access

• Due using a shared Internet access Azure Hostel requests a “fair use” of bandwidth and download amount of each individual. Non-observance of this agreement leads to a “traffic embargo” or a complete block for the user.
• If you decide to access any Internet content, you do this entirely at your own risk and you are responsible for ensuring that any accessed material does not infringe the laws governing, but not exhaustively covering, copyright, trademarks, pornography, or any other material which is slanderous, defamatory or might cause offense in any other way. Azure hostels records ALL network traffic data and will provide it to proper authority if asked.

Communal Areas

• Common areas are shared for every guest . Do not leave or store anything there. Remove personal material from the communal rooms as you leave.

A 50% refund will be made for cancellations received 20 days before date of arrival, No refund thereafter. In an event of No show, Total cost of the stay will be billed to your credit card.

Standard Check-In and Check-out time:

Check-In Time: 14:00-20:00
Check Out Time: 12:00

New Arrivals can check into the hostel after 2:00 PM each day. If you will be arriving late to check-in, please kindly inform us via email about your arriving time in advance.

• Valid identification is a requirement. We accept a Passport, Photo ID and / or Driver’s License. Management may request additional information as required from guests.
• We accept cash payment in Thai Baht only upon arrival.
• Payment has to be done in advance for the whole length of the stay. No exceptions.

Departing guests must remove all of their belongings from their rooms by 12:00 AM. Exceptions can be made by arrangement with the hostel management. -If you would like to check out earlier than 7.00 a.m., please kindly inform our staff in advance.

• Any rented goods, must be returned upon check-out.

Azure currently does not offer room service, rooms are not equipped with laundry facilities or telephones.

• Guests cannot use the hostel for any commercial purposes.
• Azure hostel is not responsible for any bodily harm, theft, loss or damage to any personal effects.
• Guests who have been evicted will not receive a refund.
• Guests will be expected to reimburse the hostel for any damages caused by inappropriate behavior. Inappropriate behavior will result in eviction from the premises with no refund.

• Management reserves the right to refuse entry to any person violating the hostel rules. The management will give reasons verbally for such action to any visitor refused entry.

• We do not allow children under the age of 18 without parent.
